Purpose:

Maintains and supports IT operations in a recently constructed warehouse.

Duties:

  • End User support through onboarding and credentials creation
  • Hardware support of end user PC’s including peripheral devices, installation and troubleshooting
  • Software support of end user PC’s including OS imaging and upgrades, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Application support of end user PC’s including licensing, installation and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of asset and inventory records via spreadsheets, databases and asset tagging
  • Printer support including toner and maintenance kit installation
  • Printer supplies inventory and ordering
  • Collect and or deploy hardware in accordance with rollout style projects
  • Assist remote support teams with project planning, inventory and rollout
  • Assist remote support teams with AVS compliance
  • Assist remote support teams with server alarms and connectivity
  • Assist remote support teams with network alarms, connectivity and hardware replacement (rack and stack)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Win 7 and Win 10 operating systems
  • Proficient with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Network + | A+ | MCP preferred
  • Three to five years’ experience in supporting end users and equipment in large multi-VLAN environment
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Ethernet and single mode fiber
  • Knowledge of and experience working with LAN/WAN/WLAN/DHCP appliances
  • Knowledge of and experience working with VoIP
  • Candidate must be self-starter, able to work alone with little supervision
  • Candidate must be punctual
  • Background check and drug screening are mandatory before being placed on assignment
